Not able to Specify Lots

I have seven sell stock transactions. For the three oldest transactions (Jan 20221 - Jan 2022) I was able to select FIFO and Quicken selected the lots in window "Specify Lots of xxx Sold". For the four newest transactions (Aug 2022-Jan 2023), when I select FIFO no lots are displayed in window. The window does display values for "Basis/Share" and "Number of stock". How do I get stock lots to display in this window?

    Sorry please disregard my question, I found my mistake. I see that I have two listings (Secuitry names) for the same stock.
