Hello, I recently added my 401K account manually in Quicken for Mac, and I've entered the account balance, but it doesn't reflect the balance in my ledger, it only shows "0".

What might I be doing wrong?

Is there any cash in your account, or is it fully invested in mutual funds? If it's fully invested, then the problem is probably that Quicken doesn't know the prices of the funds you're invested in and can't figure out what your investments are worth. If you look at the portfolio view of your 401K account, do you see any prices in the Price column?

Hello, thank you for getting back to me. Yes, there are values listed next to each type of investment. There is no cash in the accounts and I see a total. So I have a value next to each investment there are seven total and then a total sum of all investments. That is the number that I was expecting to see you and Qiuicken the total of all investments is that how it works?
