Quicken downloading transactions with dates of 100 years ago

All of a sudden the transactions I download from my bank are years off, ie 3/10/1923 instead of 3/10/2023. when I manuulay try to change the year it will not stick

  did you manually download a QFX file or did you use One Step Update
