How do I create a reminder

I have a tenant that their rent increases after one year, and I want to set myself a reminder of this.

Does Quicken have a calendar that you can set up notes and reminders in ? If so, where is it ?

I have Home, Business and Rental Quicken

    CTRL K for the calendar. CTRL J for Bill and Income Reminders window.
