Having issue connecting to bank after new Version of Quicken

Since I updated Quicken earlier this year can't connect to a certain bank, other banks are okay. Message is "Retry. Unable to scrape transactions for an account, Please try again later"

    Hello, thanks for the response, it's Quicken Deluxe for Mac, Version 6.12.5 (Build 612.47953.100). The bank is a local credit union, Advantage Federal Credit Union.
