Email from Quicken on New Credit Alert, but none....

I go email today form noreply @quicken. First time. When following directions to Reports/Credit Score it says No Alerts / All is fine. What's up?

  And speaking of bugs, I do not belive I was asked for a category for this discussion and see this above:

  Same Issue, received email but no alerts in quicken. Using Quicken for Windows Rel R48.14. Will Quicken Support address this with an answer
