Stock Quote Updates on TSXV exchange

I am having difficulty updating certain stocks. No matter which ticker symbol I use of the once that come up when I select "add security", nothing updates. The problem is with small cap companies on TSXV exchange. Anybody have any ideas?

    Please provide a couple examples of the securities with which you are having issues - name and ticker symbols.
