Cannot log in Blank Quicken ID Password screen

I cannot log into Quicken. I am running Quicken desktop with windows 10. I try to log on and the "blank" Enter Quicken ID Password box appears on my screen. How do I resolve this issue

  What version of Quicken are you using? Quicken Subscription or Quicken 2017 and earlier?
