American Express migration

It will not let me change over my American express accounts as well as my husband's accounts. I know it is working because I was able to autorzie my Schwab account. It will not let me get past the screen to auturize so I cannot download any tansactions.

I get thos error

    just to clarify - is this about the AmX migration in download protocols called Express Web Connect Plus EWC+
