Quicken still crashing since update to v38.29

I haven't been able to update my Quicken software since 11/21! My membership is up on April 20th every year. I've been told time and time again by Quicken Support that they will resolve the problem. I tried on 4/8/22 and it crashed upon restarting, so I went back to the 11/24/21 version and it works fine. I just ried again today and the same problem. Too bad they can't figure it out. Looks like I will go back to the old version again. I've been using Quicken for over 30 years and am dependent on it

    And what kind of problem do you run into when you try to update your Quicken software? A few more details would be helpful.
