    I have a Windows subscription which has expired. I am trying to renew, but the system will not allow me to pay with a valid credit card. The card is a Bank of America Mastercard, which I have had for a long time. Can someone help? L_ee85

    How exactly are you trying to renew ?
    Are you located in the US ?
    What is happening- that you can't renew ?
