Memo Field clears after entering

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I seem to have an ongoing issue where I input information in the memo field and after I submit the transaction it erases. If I'm not watching closely I can waste all the effort recording additional details and it does not get recorded. Usually after i enter the memo field a second time the info retains but this is definitely an annoyance. Anyone else experiencing this?
