Missing Chase transactions

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I'm missing transaction between 09/22 through 03/15/23. I've worked with Chase to correct any issues. They insist it is a Quicken error. I've been unable to contact Quicken during their business hours. They don't return calls. Is there a way to fix this on my own?
