So, downloads of new banking transactions/data cannot be added to any accounts?

I'm a new user to Quicken Subscribe and my old data from Quicken transfered beautifully. I also connected to the bank with all my accounts and that works also, beautifully.

BUT downloads of new banking transactions/data cannot be added to any accounts except one transaction by one transaction manually. Is that correct?

    what version … Help —> About Quicken
    and … Starter, Deluxe, etc

    And what do you mean … your old data was “transferred”
