Error Message "You have exceeded maximum number of allowed datasets"

My subscription expired in December 2022. I never did more than log in, never attached bank accoutns … procrastination !

I bought again April 18, 2023. I can log in, but I keep getting this error (You have exceeded maximum number of allowed datasets") when I try to to add in an account.

Again, I NEVER got that far the first time, so how can I be exceeding the datasets ?
