program stopped showing the attachment icon on new transaction lines

All of a sudden my program stopped showing the attachment icon on new transaction lines. I can add a .png attachment to the account, but it doesn't show the icon on the line I am associating with the attachment when I move away from that line. Any idea what up with this?

    I've checked to make sure the Attachments box is checked in Register Columns

    Just restarted Quicken, and then went back to the register. Now when I add a new one it shows up. I went back to the ones that weren't showing, deleted the attachment and then reattached the exact same image and it now shows up!
