Quicken 2016 Credit Card Reconcile Issue

In error, I chose the "do not show me this screen again" in the credit card payment dialog window.
I tried to restore the window using the suggestion above:
Edit -> Preferences -> Alerts & Messages -> Reset Quicken Warnings
However this did not work. The following month, when I reconciled my credit card account I still did not see the credit card payment dialog window. It still works when I reconcile all of my other credit cards.
Any ideas?
