Ucrtbase.dll missing

Hello everyone,
Since a few days i am getting a error message stating Ucrtbase.dll is missing while opening an application, I did the download of Ucrtbase.dll using the given link but can someone help me how to install it,

    Sometimes the ucrtbased dll missing error can occur if the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package gets corrupted. In this case, you can perform a repair for the package
