Connection issues with Citi Card

I'm having trouble connecting to and downloading from Citi.com. Is anyone else having these issues? Is there a resolution?

    I am having the issue AGAIN and no--- no response from Quicken that I have found - other than they are "aware there is an issue" which is not very helpful
