Stock lots missing in Capital Gains Estimator

I have one stock with 51 lots that are all visible in the account's "holdings" tab. However, the lots do not appear in the Capital Gains Estimator selection list (the stock total line appears with no lots).

Thoughts?

    I have found the Capital Gains Estimator tool to be buggy and unreliable.

    IF I exit the tool and reenter it in the same session, the values for tax due changes without any changes made to the assumptions. Consequently, it is hard to determine which values are correct.
