My Checking Account won't update
I have been trying to reconcile my Chase Checking account but the transactions won't upload from the bank. How do I delete Chase from the upload so I can go back in and reload it. It won't even let me reconcile manually. I was able to update on teh 9th but nothing since.

transactions are “downloaded” from Chase to your desktop Quicken.
Are you downloading via One Step Update ?
There is an issue with Chase & Quicken Reconcile - as the downloaded balance includes any Pending transactions, but those transactions are not downloaded until they actually “clear” - so the numbers won’t match.0 -
I have used One Step Update, and the reconcile and update features from drop down menu.

No they are not. That is my problem.
