Is the update R50.9 meant for Canadian subscribers?

Is the update R50.9 meant for Canadian subscribers? In the past I have installed an update that was for US subscribers and it messed up my Quicken very badly. There is no indication that R50.9 is Canadian.

  Check this site for the list of all releases… Yes, release 50.9 is for Quicken Canada.
