Unable to add ANY accounts to Quicken cc-929

I have tried this on R51.10, R50.15, R49.33 same result. I have signed out of cloud account and back in, even created a NEW quicken file, same result, cc-929 when I try to add ANY account.

My data file is NOT being synced nor backed up.

@Greg Brown - I think the only option left is to wait an hour or so, and then try to link your accounts or sign in again. If that doesn't work, then I would recommend contacting Quicken Support.

Yeah, I've tried that wait option. No help. I have to wait until Monday to call support. Thanks.
