Contains no cash transactions keeps unselecting itself

I have a voya 401k that needs the "Contains no cash transactions" box checked to reflect an accurate balance. My issue is that I need to reselect that checkbox every time a new transaction is downloaded. Am I overlooking a way to keep that enabled, or is this a defect?
