Is it possible to add an NetXInvestor institution number when adding accounts?

I have been a long time Quicken user, without any major issues. However, recently my financial institution updated their NetXInvestor Institution number. When I try update my accounts in Quicken, it does not allow me to put in the number. Additionally, if I removed the accounts entirely it still does not give me the option.

Unfortunately, without the institution number, I get an error message from Quicken:

An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. If this problem persists, please contact your investment professional at NetExchange Client.

OFX Error: 2000

Anyone have a resolution for this? If not, I might have to move on from Quicken after 10+ years.

    I use NetXInvestor, and have had to put in a prefix (56V) in my case to the login information. Hope that helps.
