Transaction not showing up in my budget

I am receiving monies each month that do not show up on the budget side of quicken? This is personal income. How do I fix this?

  Are these transactions properly categorized?

  Is the account register where these transactions reside included in the Budget view, Budget Actions / Select Accounts?

  Are the income categories included in the Budget view?
