Fail to update: Error code 1722

Fail during the update:

Restart the PC (Window 10) and try to reinstall Quicken and get the same error. What should I do to reinstall Quicken successfully?

    Finally, I figured out that the Print Spooler Service was disabled. After enabling the Print Spooler Service, Quicken re-installed w/o any problem.
