After starting Quicken - get a blank screen (edit)
When I start Quicken and after I enter my password to start Quicken after reinstalling Quicken, the Quicken ID form will not come up on the screen. How do I get the ID screen to come up? Thanks, Gary Z - [personal info removed]

Thank you for the information regarding the Quicken ID screen not appearing. I did choose the Canadian download link for the Quicken patch and the Quicken ID screen did appear. The problem is solved, and this case may be closed. I have used Quicken for many years and this is the first time I have encountered this ID problem.

Are you using the Canada version - ??
If not - you really need to go back and download and install the US version -
