Changing to Direct Connect worked for me.

Using Quicken for Mac v. 7.2.2

Precautions and question for those deactivating/reactivating accounts to fix CC-502 errors:

boatmaniac, thanks for the tip. Fixed my prob right away and I might add to the conversation that Quicken was smart enough to give me the option of "linking" to my existing account rather than creating a new one.
