How Do I Get My Data to Appear?

After I sign in, the dashboard (I think) appears but I can't figure out how to see my entries. How do I get at my entries?

    Do you have the Account Bar on side? Click on an account or All Transactions at the top.

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

    And if you don't see the Account bar on the side it could be minimized. To show it click the little arrow to the left of "Accounts":

    None of my accounts appear here nor does any of my previously entered data. I downloaded Quicken on a new computer and installed my backup of many years of entries. It worked fine until today and I was able to make new entries. Now I can't find any of that. It seems like it's not looking in the right place. I am trying to add four characters
