Can't change name of account

When setting up an account i misspelled the name. It is set to download/online.

I can manually change the name. However the next time i do an update it reverts back to misspelled account name.

How can i fix this.

  The Quicken Account Details can be changed… no problem -
  BUT - the One Step Update will use whatever is setup with the bank…

  SO - where is this name that you changed, but is reverting back to some other name ?
  What bank ?

  Or, are you syncing with Mobile and Web? That would probably revert back to the misspelling version.
