Tabs keep re-appearing

Quicken for Windows, latest release R52.20, although this has been going on for over a year. I keep choosing NOT to see tabs such as Spending, Bills. They stay gone until they're not - they unpredictably keep coming back. This has been a problem for over a year.

    If you have enabled View / Standard Menus, try changing to View / Classic Menus instead.

    Also check to make sure that the icon marked in red in the image below is not changed to "^" inadvertently.

    IOW, the opposite of the advice given in red applies.

    BTW, is there a reason why you don't want to use the Main Tabs bar?
    IMHO, they're the fastest way to change between major features.

    The point here is that under VIEW > TABS TO SHOW, we are allowed to select which tabs we wish to see and which we do not wish to see. Like the person above, the SPENDING and BILLS tabs keep reappearing, at random intervals, even though this user (I) Have selected them NOT to show. After de-selecting them, they are gone; but then, at unpredictable intervals, they reappear. This is an error in the Quicken program.
