Where do I find my online Quicken backup files

How do I get to my last backup file that is stored online by Quicken periodically so I can compare with my latest backup file on my local computer? My computer C: drive went out on 10/24/23 and my local backup was dated 10/22/23. While running restore of this file it indicated that there may have been a file online that may have been more upto date than mine but I can't find how to get to it.

    There are no automatic backups online unless you setup your backups to be stored in a cloud folder such as Dropbox or OneDrive.

    no such thing - Quicken local disk backups are Automatic as per the Quicken Preferences -
    and also optionally there are Manual backups - again defined in the Quicken Preferences -
