Can't add a new Chase Investment account

I opened a new investment account at Chase and thought I set it up properly but nothing is downloading from Chase. I receive a confirmation from Chase that says I'm already sharing data from all of the investment accounts there. Great. But on my account list, the new account shows downloads not available (no link to a financial institution). When I try editing the account, I get the same results.
