large budget, how do I delete past years?

I want to export to a excel spreadsheet. But Excel says the file is too large.

How do I delete all past years? (ChatGPT says to use a non-existent 'edit' button.)

    While you cannot delete past years directly out of a budget, you can run a budget report for the specific year/years that would be a subset of the entire budget and then export that report to excel. I have one rolling budget for mutiple years that I export to excel based on specific time period criteria based on what i need to see.
