Northwestern Mutual- Can't add account

I have had success adding some investment and brokerage accounts to Quicken Classic but cannot connect with Northwestern Mutual Inv account. It was able to add and download when using mint- but now only getting error message on Quicken Classic. I have contacted NML to ask for assistance, but their fix hasn't worked. Anyone know of a workaround on this?

    Verify you are selecting NMIS in the Quicken Add Account process. I had an account since closed that worked as of about a month ago.

    I'm having the same issue. In fact, I can download my NMIS data, but not my wife's account. I get the following error from Quicken - they appear to be blaming NMIS: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. If this problem persists, please contact your investment professional at Northwestern Mutual Investment Services. OFX Error: 2000

    Is there a fix for this? I'm going to cancel my 30 day trial if this doesn't work soon.
