Expected delay between when a transaction posts to my Chases account and when it appears in Quicken

Hello,

I understand there is a delay between when a transaction posts to my Chase account and when it appears in Quicken. I understand that items that are pending will not appear until they clear. However, I have recently started using Quicken, and after the first couple of updates, few transactions have passed. For instance, we purchased Quicken, some tickets, groceries, etc. on January 2, using a credit card, and they still have not appeared in Quicken, though they have passed at Chase. We have also purchased items on Jan 3-5, and none of them have appeared in Quicken.

The same can be said about our checking account. I paid my Chase CC bill on Jan 4, and it has not appeared in Quicken, nor has a grocery purchase on Jan 5, both of which have passed on Chase.
