American Express - Quicken will not connect second account

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
I previously set up automatic transaction downloads for two American Express accounts. The second account stopped syncing in Nov/Dec. When I try to re-connect, Quicken/Amex confirm that the authorization is successful. Next, it returns me to Quicken to complete set-up, and the only available account is the first one (that's already connected).

Current Quicken for Windows subscription user. I usually upgrade to the latest version about 1 week after full release.0
