HELOC balance not in Net worth anymore

I changed my account number at my bank. Quicken told me it would connect to the bank. Quicken would only bring in the account as a loan and updated the balance but did not show a register. Have had account in quicken for over 10 years. New update would not set up automatic payments as before, does not show a register or balance anymore. Previous versions let me pick the type of account and a HELOC was an option (help for "Classic" still says it should be an option) (terrible help files) then updates let me set it as a credit card. But now I have no choice. How do I use this account?

    Deactivate the HELOC account and keep it as an offline Credit card account.
    Not all banks' downloading processes for HELOC accounts appear to work correctly and this, IMHO, is the easiest workaround.
