Transfer from IRA account not showing up as income in budget and itemized categories

I recently retired and I am trying to set up a budget in Quicken. Every month a set amount is transferred from my IRA account to a non-IRA account at the same brokerage. A few days later a smaller amount is transferred from the non-IRA account to my checking account for monthly expenses. The amount that is transferred from my IRA account to the non-IRA account needs to be listed as income, but it is not appearing in the budget as income nor is it showing up in the itemized categories. It is listed as a deposit in the non-IRA account. What do I need to do to fix this? I am using Quicken Classic Premier for Windows version R54.9.
