"Back-Up File" Not Working

Back-up function suddenly not working. The usual pop up screen is now black.

And just now, to look up my latest Win version (R54.9) when I click "Release Notes" it also brings up a black screen.

  I am not experiencing those symptoms. First, try restarting your computer.
