How do I set up a budget using percentages instead of dollar amounts since paid on commissions?

Maybe I'm not seeing it, but is there a way to set up the budget to work off percentage allocations instead of dollar allocations?  I get paid through commissions so %'s are easier to work off of when setting the monthly budget.

No, Quicken budgets don't work that way.  You would have to calculate it outside of Quicken and enter the numbers manually.
