The Account Balances report under Net Worth and Balances is incorrect (edit)

The correct balance for my Wells Fargo banking account (which I keep reconciled) does not show up in the Account Balances report. How can this be corrected?

I am using version R54.16 with Windows 10.

The issue has been showing in the Historical Balances report for some time but only today in the Account Balances one.

    is the number different - or missing somehow ?

    exactly which report …. Reports —> ?
    and what about the "account balance" in the Account List of the left side of the Quicken Home Screen ?

    I am referring to The Account Balances report under Net Worth and Balances. The correct balance shows elsewhere. The delta in the reports is 6 figures.

    exactly which ones are wrong -
    I'm showing grouping by….. Banking - Cash - Credit Card - Investments

    and it is different grouping than how you might have the Accounts arranged/displayed on the left side Account List,
    so the account group balances might appear different - but the individual account balance should match the left side numbers -

    Also - check your DATE RANGE at the top of the report -
    of course you need "earliest" to grab ALL the numbers to match other overall balances.
