How can I fix an account that will not update?

I have a few accounts with a credit union and all but one does not update. Even if I try updating it independently I get the message below with no option to do anything. The blue "Show Passwords" does not do anything, either. Does anyone have a fix for this?

    Never mind, my bank gave me the answer.

    Admin - it would be helpful if we could delete our own posts.

    @Cindy_O it would be even more helpful if you would disclose the solution to potentially help others who find themselves in the same situation.

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.
