Opening screen issue

I using Quicken Classic, version R54.16 build 27.1.54.16, on a Windows10 PC and when I open Quicken I get was is shown in Picture #1, which is about 1/2 of the window pane instead of what is shown in Picture #2 which is the full window pane, any suggestions???? I will say that this has just started happening. Than you!

    The above pictures are backwards, the bottom picture is picture #1 and the top picture is picture #2
