How to fix CC-505 Error

I am getting this error on one of my credit cards. How do I fix, I should not have to delete the connection and recreate it. I did that with one of my other accounts couple of weeks ago and Quicken decided to change my opening balance from 2002. I don't like it when Quicken changes my data, so I am asking how to fix and not change my data.
