Vanguard tbill and CD values

Vanguard downloads price as 99.00 for tbill vs 0.99 causing value to be 100x the actual value

same with brokered CD's any fix for this?

  I'm having the same issue with brokered CDs and agency items from vanguard. After adjusting manually, reports are not showing updated balances, rather continue to show inflated balances.
