Can't move around the "split transaction" window

Can't move around the "split transaction" window most of the time. With Quicken in half window and PDF file on the other half the split transaction window is in the center and covers some parts of the file. Sometimes after filling one or a few transactions the window will move.

    @Alan N - is it possible to click on the top of the top edge (Window Bar) of the split window and drag it out of the way or where to want it to be?
