Quicken Home & Business 2017 - set up on new computer without subscription

I am using 2017, which is no longer supported. How do I transfer my data to my new computer without a subscription?

    you can easily transfer your Quicken QDF data file anywhere….

    BUT - the issue will be the Quicken 2017 software -
    you will probably NOT be able to install it on a new computer -
    There are a few problems discussed in various threads here on the forum - try searching around - Quicken 2017 Install -
