Reconciling date

When I begin to reconcile my account on Quicken 2017 (Mac), the Statement Ending Date always comes up as 1/17/2018. The Starting/Prior balance is correct from my last time reconciling. Why is the date not changed each time, either to today's date or to the date of last reconciling? Is there a setting I can change somewhere? I know this is pretty minor, but annoying.

    This isn't a setting you can change.

    Why, it is doing this? I cannot say, but this was not commonly reported in the past.

    Keep in mind your version was initially released about 8 years ago, so unless you plan to upgrade to a supported version, I suspect you will have to live with this issue.
